JOB DESCRIPTION
Studio 613, Inc., is hiring across the nation for our Customer Service Professional position, as an independent contractor. This is a Work-At-Home Opportunity, and you MUST have a dedicated landline, computer with Windows XP or Windows 7, and Internet. As an independent contractor, and having the ability to work from home, there are some initial investments, which are currently $44.95 for a background check, $99 for the cost of basic training, and between $79- $279 for the cost of client training. 
 
Job Description: Taking inbound phone calls for a Major Cell Phone company. You will be responsible for:
Provide exceptional ?white glove? customer service.
Identify and resolve root cause of customer issues.
Make it easy for customers to voice concerns and empathize with callers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing one call resolution and avoiding callbacks or escalated calls. This will be accomplished by listening attentively, asking probing questions and taking appropriate steps to correct issue.
Document customer accounts with actions taken and items discussed.
Specific functions and responsibilities (not limited to)
Billing
Payments /payment arrangements/misapplied payments
Review customer accounts and update information
Enterprise discount inquiries and changing rate plans/offers
Process cancellations and retain customers
Resolve billing disputes and issues
Technical
Device troubleshooting
Ordering/provisioning new devices
Provide troubleshooting steps for validating connectivity during installation
Handle returns/exchanges
Resolve inbound/outbound, voicemail, data technical issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must live in and be a legal U.S.A. citizen or Legal Resident
You must have a clean criminal record with zero unspent convictions
You must have a computer, cable or DSL Internet to start
Must be able to invest an initial total of $143.95 for the background check, basic training and cost of the client training
Must be willing to attend a virtual training session unpaid for 4 weeks, Monday-Friday 4 hours a day.
Must be able to commit to a MINIMUM of 20 hours per week (you create your own schedule)
